Your 'Rental Agreement' has been received and is being processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided shortly.
Please Note: Once agreement and payment is sent, no changes can be made unless it is of equal or greater value or your deposit will be lost.
Lap Of Luxury - Rental Agreement
* An extra charge will be applied to deliveries made based on borough of your event.
**Additional charges will be applied if your venue has stairs, if your event ends at 2:00AM or later and if you are paying through PayPal.
*** Please Note: $200 will be required to secure your date that you requested. Final payment is due 7 days before your event. In the event that your total is not equal or greater in value, you will lose your deposit.
**** Once agreement and payment is sent, no changes can be made unless it is of equal or greater value.
Once payment is made there is absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS . You are allowed to change your event date once as a courtesy. Excessive date changing will result in a $5.00 charge each time.
The pick up and drop off time you provide can only be changed if given notice 3 hours prior. Any changes made without notice will result in a $50 fee every hour ( at L.O.L discretion )
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION THEY WERE DELIVERED. FEES MAY BE APPLIED FOR ANY DAMAGES MADE. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO SIT ON THE ARMS OF THE CHAIRS. BE AWARE OF CHILDREN PLAYING ON AND AROUND THE CHAIR AND OTHER RENTED ITEMS.
Step & Repeat Banner Details: If you have an idea of what you want for your banner, please email all content. (Ex: date, names, colors, theme, pictures, invitation etc.)
You will receive a proof within 7-14 business days after your FULL payment is sent. If you are unsatisfied with the design we will work our hardest to revise it to accommodate your needs. We will revise your design up to 3 times at no cost before sending the banner to print. If you are still unsatisfied with your design, we will charge you $10 for additional revisions. (MAX 3)
Ghost Chair Rentals: All ghost chairs will be delivered stacked 7 chairs high. The chairs have to be stacked back for pick up as well. We do not un-stack the chairs for your rental. It is your responsibility to stack the chairs, or you will be charged a $50 stacking fee.
Photo Booth Rentals: start at the 'start time' that you put on your rental agreement. If you decide to extend your Photo booth rental, you will have to pay an additional $125 for each extra hour. Payment will have to be made before the additional hours start.
Vendor's Right to Use Work: Vendor has the right to future use of any images, designs, or information in their portfolio for advertising or for any other purposes without clients consent.
